How can I return my product?

What is your :humion's return policy?

Our return policy allows for returns of textile products within 45 days of purchase for any reason, even if the items have been opened or used. You will receive a full refund, excluding any additional shipping costs. To initiate a return, the product must be undamaged and in its original packaging, including any associated packaging. What is your :humion's exchange policy?

We see sustainability not as a black and white topic. However, our believe is that it is key to preserve the earth’s resources from the start of the value chain. That why we work with regenerative materials; materials that do not deplete the earth’s resources.

Moreover, we believe that partnerships and cooperation are another crucial element in our efforts to create a more sustainable future. Therefore, we aim to work with companies that show this through action. For example, our fabric supplier succeeded to reduce their water consumption by 25% and supply there factory with sustainable energy.

Finally, we believe it is crucial to extend the product’s lifespan in order to prevent overproduction. We aim to achieve this through our design, fabric selection, and product-user relationship. For example smell reduction can lead to an increase in product lifespan.

I want to return only a part of my order. Is that possible?

Absolutely! You can return part of your order, and you will receive a partial refund for the items returned. If you have any questions or need assistance with the return process, please email us at service@humion.co, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over 65 Euro qualify for free shipping. Additionally, we offer paid alternatives such as expedited shipping or home delivery, which vary depending on your location.

Which countries do we ship too?

We offer worldwide shipping for all products. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

What delivery options do we offer?

At checkout, you can select from various suppliers and delivery time frames.

When can I aspect my order?

Once all ordered items are in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Typically, delivery takes 2-3 business days. Please be aware that during special events such as Holiday Season, delivery times may extend to 4-5 business days.

Are there added import tariffs or taxes on my purchase?

Orders to the European Union, Switzerland, the UK, and the United States are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

At Humion, we prioritize using plant-based and organic fabrics whenever possible. However, due to our company size, some of our products may contain a blend of fibers. What means plant-based?

Plant-based materials are fabrics and fibers derived from plants or their by-products. At our clothing brand, we currently prioritize synthetic base layers for performance reasons. For example, our polyamide is 100% bio-based, showcasing our commitment to using plant-based synthetics that are sustainable and effective. We also aim to expand our range to include natural second layer products in the future.

How do I launder the products the best way?

  1. Check the care label inside the garment for specific instructions.
  2. Use the lowest temperature setting possible for washing, whether machine washing on a gentle cycle or hand washing delicate items. This approach supports sustainability efforts and helps prolong the longevity of your garments.
  3. Use a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics.
  4. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve fabric quality.
  5. Air dry flat or hang garments to maintain their shape and prevent stretching.
  6. Iron or steam inside out at a low temperature if needed.
